We are a family-owned, fast-paced dog training franchise in the Denver metroarea, in need of an individual in a scheduling role.We are looking for a hard-working individual who thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment and is organized and can multitask well. Successful individual issomeone who has experience with scheduling client appointments and staffingwith constant changes. Additionally, the successful individual cancommunicate quickly, efficiently, and effectively with clients, leads,and staff across multiple platforms and channels, including SMS/text,slack, email, phone, face-to-face, and written. Individual isorganized, detail-oriented, and can schedule on multiple software systemsefficThis is a full-time, lead position working a 4-day work week. Required towork in an office in and around dogs.Great position for someone who wants to make a difference and loves dogs!Duties and Responsibilities include:- Ability to schedule staff for multiple appointments and planning ahead aremust haves.- Lead scheduling team for scheduling staffing, clients, dogs, etc. forin-home, facility, and group appointments.- Lead communication team of 2, with assistant. Will report to owners andmarketing director.- Sales experience preferred, especially on the phone and in closing leads.- Familiarity with client management software and a variety of technology andcommunication systems required ( email (gmail), texting, googlesuite programs (drive, doc, sheets, etc., MS office (word, powerpoint, excel)), Slack, and Quickbooks. We use Service Minder, cantrain if there is previous experience with client management software andrelat- Experience as an exhibitor with trade shows preferred.Willingness to work in a family owned business/franchise and in a familyowned environment (including around kids).- Love dogs. We are a dog training franchise. We would prefer you have or geta dog and have it trained with our approach.- Excellent phone and written communication skills.- Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask a must.- Responsible, hard working, ability to take initiative, ability tofollow through on tasks as directed.- Good interpersonal and group communication a must.- Collaborative and team attitude - working with others is key to success!- Heart for community.- Inclusive spirit and willingness to work with diverse populations.- Will be required to sign confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements.- Lifting and bending required.- Background check will be required.- Cover letter required.Preferred but not required:- Interested in growing and learning- Starts at $20/hour for full-time (neg.). Or $40-45k depending onexperience as a salaried position.- 4 day work week with other on call times- Benefits include health, retirement, supplemental insurance training of dog- Owning a dog and willingness to train with our methods- Working hours are later morning until 7 pm weekdays. Possibly some weekendsif arranged in advance.- Uniform required and starter set provided, otherwise, dress is casualEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required- Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
