You are GREAT on the phone, and just as capable communicating via text message or email, AND can do all three at once with only two hands. Where others see Apple or Android, Mac or PC, Microsoft or Google; you see all technology as tools and to take to it like a fish to water. You can also multitask and have the ability to stay laser focused and follow through on priorities, which can and will change, so you know how to pivot. Just as importantly, your good judgement tells you when to interrupt your flow or your co-workers, versus when something can wait. Also among your talents is the ability to distill and prioritize information, and then communicate it clearly to a wide variety of audiences.

**WHAT YOULL BE DOING**
* Fielding all inbound communication via phone, email, text, and snail mail
* Doing anything you can to answer the phone when it rings so that our customers can speak with a human being when they call, and only need to call once
* Putting our customers at ease, showing them that we respect their time, and ensuring that Old Growth Tree Service is the easiest company they will ever do business with
* Making sure that each individual feels as though they have been heard and that you have taken care of their needs
* Channeling customer requests into our cloud-based, work management system and communicating any urgent information to our teams in the field
* Providing logistical and scheduling support as needed for our sales arborists, operations team, and our crews working in the field
* Working on special projects and going down rabbit holes to learn everything you can to support the industry-leading ideas and aspirations of our owners that have fueled our growth as a company

**WHERE YOU WILL WORK**
* You will work primarily in our office in Eagle working Monday-Friday.
* Occasionally, you will travel to our shop in Gypsum or other locations in the Valley for meetings or in support of our other work.
**WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE**
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, personal integrity, and the desire to grow personally and professionally
* Extraordinary charisma, emotional intelligence, and concern for others
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
* High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and meet deadlines
* Fluency in Google Suite and other cloud-based applications
* Minimum education: High school diploma
