Tribute Home Care is a growing private home care company that offers people who need assistance in the home what they want above all else: consistently great caregivers and great service. Tribute is looking for a customer-service focused, smart, hard-working leader to join our Northern Virginia team. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, supporting and celebrating a community of caregivers, unsurpassed for warmth, professionalism and reliability. You will cultivate strong relationships with our caregivers starting from the hiring process and extending throughout their time with Tribute.

This will be done by actively recruiting new Caregivers and ensuring a thorough and welcoming hiring process. Once Caregivers are hired, you will establish consistent communication, providing compassionate day-to-day management, evaluating and celebrating successes, and supporting an unparalleled employment experience for Tribute caregivers.

The role will involve travel in the Northern Virginia area to meet and visit with caregivers weekly and has the flexibility to work from home when you are not visiting with caregivers.

This person is not required to have experience in home care. This role would be a great fit for someone experienced in hospitality, retail or restaurant management that is looking to do meaningful, mission-driven work, and to grow professionally.

The ideal candidate will bring the following:

* Unwavering, passionate commitment to the caregiver experience and service excellence

* Warmth and compassion

* Bachelors degree from an accredited college

* At least one year of previous management experience

* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption based on medical or religious reasons

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Attention to detail

* Strong organizational skills

* Collaborative approach
