Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The hours for Swing Shift are 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM
Performing packaging operations across the range of our pipette products. This includes harvesting and cleaning duties related to our products, consolidating and recording all rejected products and properly recycling them.
Being responsible for the overall cleanliness of the production areas, products and equipment.
Sharing all significant information to the oncoming shift personnel, reporting any problem areas to the shift supervisor, working cooperatively with team member within packaging or other departments.
Lifting and moving 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds a few times per shift; standing, squatting, climbing ladders, twisting, bending, and reaching.
Using personal protective equipment every shift including a helmet, facemask, gloves, and possibly hearing protection.
Expertise in packaging operations such as following written documentation and instructions, using various hand tools, fixtures and equipment, operating semi- and fully-automatic equipment to get the job done.
A high school diploma or equivalent and familiarity with an active production environment.
Basic English skills. (reading, speaking, writing)
Forklift certification.
