Position Description
Responsible for coaching, hiring, and developing a Sales Engineer Team
Lead Sales Engineers with a collaborative approach to team selling
Monitor performance to identify coaching opportunities and assist Sales Engineers with meetings at the C-level to understand customers business model
Manage and grow a sales territory
Compensation/Benefits
$115,000 - $140,000 Strong Base Salary + bonuses

Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or Business
4+yrs Technical Sales experience in Industrial Automation or Manufacturing
Experience mentoring, training, coaching, or leading a sales Team
Strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication and presentation skills
