Machine Operator 1st/2nd/3rd Shift


Job Details

  • Position Summary: The operator ensures the machine operates correctly and produces quality parts.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Follows instructions in the control plan to mold and inspect parts
  • Verifies there are no obstructions before cycling mold
  • Alerts supervisor of defects and machine malfunctions
  • Logs all defects on the defect report
  • Grind parts as needed
  • Pack finished product
  • Maintain a clean area around the machine to ensure a safe workspace

Work Environment:
The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts

Education / Training Required:
High school diploma / GED

Qualifications and Preferred Requirements:
On-the-job training.
Ability to learn and follow production training.
Matrix and other training as needed
Ability to walk, stand, reach with both arms and hands, bend and Lift up to 50lbs
