Primary ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Senior Transportation Project Manager - Utilities, we'll count on you to:Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of large multidiscipline projects involving utility coordination.Produce and coordinate several utility projects concurrentlyEstablish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetingsEstablish utility owner relations and lead utility coordination meetings with various utility ownersCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on scheduleWork with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project reviewsImplement QA/QC proceduresExecute training for personnel as established by strategic plansSupervise large project utility staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project ManagersMaintain professional engineering registrationPerform other duties as needed#LI-JF1Keywords: Senior Transportation Project Manager - Utilities, utility coordinationQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering15+ years project management experienceRecent utility coordination experienceMS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)Demonstrated business development and strategic planning skillsGood communication, leadership, planning and mentoring skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustPreferred QualificationsPMPWhy HDRAt HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for it's also about what you do and how you do it.
