*DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
* Supervise some aspect of the daily railcar loading operations
* Ensure compliance with company, AAR and NS requirements, policies and procedures
* Maintain/perform daily reporting
* Communicate with crews regarding work assignments
*QUALIFICATIONS*
* Management or supervision experience preferred but not required. *WE WILL TRAIN.*
* Good organizational & communication skills
* Ability to work under minimal supervision
* General knowledge of railroad operations
* Ability to delegate/prioritize & complete assigned duties
*REQUIRED*
* *Valid Driver's license*
* Ability to pass *eRailSafe* background check (post offer)
* *Ability to work off shift and weekends a must.*
*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT*
These positions will primarily be working in the rail yard in all- weather situations. These positions may require bending, climbing, twisting and kneeling (over 4 hours).
