* Deliver exceptional customer service. We want you to get to know the members, know their names, and have meaningful interactions with them. Building rapport with our members is part of our Courthouse culture.
* Having an understanding of all programs and activities offered and able to prescribe and sell them to members and guests.
* Assist in member account needs and changes, including the ability to sell memberships, as needed.
* Provide customer service over the phone to our members .
* Keeping a high level of club cleanliness.
* Know and consistently enforce all club and fitness policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
* Stand for prolonged periods of time
* Strong customer service skills
* Effective communication skills
* Team oriented
* Able to work nights and weekends
Compensation:
* Hourly and commission opportunities available
* Ability to move up through the coaching department
