Customer Service Representative - Direct hire opportunity !
Requirements:
- 2-5 years' experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management.
- 2 years of technical sales background
- Inside Sales within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and support other departments as needed.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency using ERP systems
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary based on experience ($23.00 - $26.00 per hour).
