Its vehicles are foundin environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks tohunting preserves.Responsibilities:* Responsible for full-cycle customer daily invoicing activities, including but not limited to local parts sales,service invoicing, and more.* Assists with local system administrative activities, such as employee and asset data entry.* Coordinates receiving activities by storing and stocking materials in their proper locations while ensuringsystem accuracy.* Ensures inventory accuracy by conducting frequent cycle counts and material aging assessments* Completes daily data entries in customer secondary software* Supports local and organizational leadership with the end of month activities. To include, but not limited toinventory reports, productivity, and invoicing summaries.* Assists leadership with customer follow-up regarding aging accounts receivable as required* Coordinate badging system processes and audits through site-specific authorities* Maintain and order department supplies and materials while ensuring the organization and cleanlinessof the general office appearanceQualifications:* Education: High School Diploma/GED Required* Years of Experience: 3 or more years of relevant experience required* Software knowledge: Microsoft office suite, SAP, and Salesforce. Previous experience with customersecondary systems preferred.* Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport-issued ID badge per the airport contract
