Senior Helpers, the fastest-growing non-medical home care provider for Seniors, is opening in the Encino, CA area and looking for an Office Intern. This is a part-time position in Encino, CA.
Responsibilities:
Support the President with Outlook calendar management, scheduling meetings and general administrative tasks
Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Work on special projects as needed
Assist with planning of corporate events
Prepare Excel spreadsheets, Word documents and Power Point presentations
Assist HR and Client Development with employer branding and recruiting
Requirements:
Candidates must be currently pursuing a BS in Business Administration
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must have a Valid Driver's License.
This internship is a part-time UNPAID position. 20-25 hours/week. Times have some flexibility dependent on the chosen student's schedule. We will provide any documentation for the student to receive school credit.
