PMI Overview:
Quantic PMI defines and manufactures mission-critical electronic components for the aerospace and defense industry, as well as commercial and industrial markets. Principal product lines include RF/microwave components.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include:
Assemble, solder and surface mount RF/microelectronics boards under a microscope, while ensuring all parts are fitted correctly.
Reading and confirming the bill of materials, interpreting drawings, and verifying correct specifications.
Meet weekly assembly production goals set by supervisor.
Keep a clean workspace to adhere to ESD safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
Exceptional hand-eye coordination.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting for extended periods of time.
Ability to read assembly prints and component lists is required
Ability to use hand tools and machinery.
High attention to detail and can work with minimal supervision.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED minimum.
