Opened in 1999, Firestone's is devoted to serving Good Food & Strong Drinks to our beloved Downtown Frederick Community. The Tavern represents the classic combination of upscale bistro and friendly neighborhood gathering place with a wide variety of dishes from our Famous Hot Pastrami Sandwiches to Elk Medallions.

Lunch and dinner are served daily, with a special brunch menu on weekends. Many dishes contain locally sourced ingredients, including those from our own Peach Fly Farm, for a true farm-to-table dining experience.

Looking for an experience Line Cook with at least one year in a high volume kitchen. Must have respect for coworkers and food served; Good knife skills; Dedication to working hard and learning; Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Expected to work the hot line Nights, Weekends and holidays excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th, Every Monday. Should stay organized, assemble prep lists, communicate with fellow kitchen staff.

Hourly wage plus a portion of tips (Approximately $1 extra every hour) are disbursed to Kitchen staff every paycheck. Paycheck is Bi-Weekly. Health Insurance Options open up every November. Bonuses given every December. Two Weeks paid vacation. Employee Discounts.
