As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Service Technician to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering these projects seamlessly.
Position Overview:
As a Service Technician at Nerospec SK, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the mining industry through the implementation of cutting-edge collision avoidance and autonomous solutions. Working closely with our esteemed clients, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, maintenance, and support of our innovative technologies at mine sites, with a primary focus on the large open-pit mine project in the United States. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to other international projects across the Americas region, making a lasting impact on the global mining landscape.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and calibrate collision avoidance and autonomous systems at mine sites, adhering to project timelines and specifications.
Conduct comprehensive system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
Provide on-site training and technical support to mine personnel on system operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, equipment inventory, and client communications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanics, automotive technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and support of complex technical systems, preferably in the mining or heavy equipment industry.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and efficiently.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for project deployments and support assignments, as needed.
