The Ford Agency is working with a national association to fill a long term temporary HR Assistant position. This role will contribute to a broad range of HR related functions and provide all around team support.This Assistant role is a great opportunity for a candidate with demonstrated administrative experience looking to gain well-rounded experience in HR and recruiting!


Responsibilities Include:

  • Scheduling interviews for HR team
  • Writing and posting job descriptions
  • Managing ATS and updating candidate data
  • Assisting with verifications and manage employee documents
  • Preparing onboarding materials


Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Previous administrative experience ideally in association or non-profit setting
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Zoom
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Great interpersonal skills
