**Warehouse Generalist - $1000 Sign On Bonus**

**Position Summary:**
Under general supervision, picks and/or packs customer orders from called out locations. Essential Job Functions. Fills customer orders from stock using a tablet or computer in a timely, accurate manner and reviews items for final quality. Maintains a 98% picking accuracy and shows the ability to score 100 points in a picking score. Must be diligent and neat in work habits and understands the importance of customer satisfaction. Properly packaging all product, including the following: Performing all special packaging requirements dictated by customer. Analyze customer order to ensure proper packaging will eliminate damage to shipment. Review each order to determine most efficient and economical approach to packaging. Must be able to enter data into computer on occasion. Participates in cycle counts and year-end physical inventory. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned. **Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required** **Education** High school graduate or its equivalent. Basic computer knowledge. **Skills** High attention to detail and basic math skills.
