Overview
ZP Group is seeking a Client Service Administrator (CSA) who is diligent, solutions-oriented, resourceful and works well in a fast-paced, results-driven staffing environment. The CSA will work closely with branch operations to ensure the highest level of consultant experience, as well as providing branch leaders with data around consultant retention, replacement, and attrition.
Position Summary
The Client Service Administrator (CSA) will be responsible for ensuring both internal and external customers receive full support prior and during their employment with ZP Group. The CSA is also the primary liaison with the corporate office regarding all HR, payroll, and finance (billing and spread) related issues. The CSA will assist in the coordination and implementation of services as well as weekly time keeping/gathering to ensure consultants are paid on time. The CSA will report to the Managing Director of Branch Operations.
Essential Functions
- Full onboarding and offboarding cycle of external employees
- Processing background and drug tests per client requirements
- I-9 verifications
- Verify current or previous employment when requested by third party vendors
- Resolution of all spread related issues by working with finance and payroll
- Coordinate with the billing team to resolve billing issues by providing/correcting time entries as required
- Partner with HR to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local employment and benefits laws and regulations
- Manage the external employee timekeeping process and provide timekeeping reports to production staff to ensure all time is collected within company deadlines
- Answer payroll related employee questions, diagnose errors and partner with payroll to resolve
- Audit the New Starts Reports
- Generate and develop reports around consultant retention, replacement, and attrition.
- Provide producers report to facilitate touchpoints for consultant birthday s, work anniversaries and holidays
- Perform audits in accordance with client requirements/requests
- Maintain knowledge and execute on client specific requirements as they relate to employee background checks, special onboarding requirements, waivers, audits, timekeeping systems, drug tests, immunizations, etc.
- Partner with the Training & Professional Development team to ensure our internal CRM system, Target Recruit, evolves with the needs of the company

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor s degree and two to five years of experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, self-starter, attention to detail, high sense of urgency
Preferred Education and Experience
- Previous work experience in Temporary Staffing organizations or high volume on-boarding/off-boarding
