THE ROLE

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the activities of our Founders. In this role, you will provide general administrative support, including scheduling, helping to coordinate special events, and marketing materials. Reporting to the Founders and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will support the daily operations of Transpose Platform Management. If you are the type of person who loves to be in the know, values confidentiality, and are extremely organized, this might be the job for you.


  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the firm s executives behalf
  • Managing the executive s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters minute by minute.
  • Assistants overseeing the schedule of conference/meeting room resources
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Booking meeting rooms when necessary

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor s degree in Business is preferred or a related field
    • 3-5 years of experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, and leadership skills
    • Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving, self-discipline, and attention to detail
    • MS Office
    • Strong writing skills
