Silver Auto Sales is a 45 year old, Independent Auto Sales and Repair Dealership. We have very large growth goals in the next 3 years and need that "Leader" to make it happen with current and NEW team members. Great team assembled, great procedures established and a Strong Leadership Team. Looking for that Person to put it all together through accountability, excitement and discipline. Over 200+ vehicles for sale, great service department and LOTS of opportunities to grow. We have the plan; we are looking for the right fit to make it happen.


Role Description

This is a full-time role for a General Manager at Silver Auto Sales. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dealership operations. Lead, coach, hold accountable to our Core Values of "Focus, Family, Passion and Trust" through all team members here now and new teammates in the future. Schedule and Income in line with hitting growth goals, schedule worked and unique skill set. We have a strong leadership team currently and pay can range between 70k and 175K, per year, depending on the areas you can excel and focus on. We prefer someone WITHOUT Dealership Experience. We have a good grip on the auto business. Need help with individual/group leadership and accountability.
