**Delivery Dispatcher - Hampden, Maine**
R. H. Foster Energy, LLC is seeking a delivery dispatcher to direct and coordinate field activities of drivers who transport and deliver distillate and propane product from the point of origin to delivery points.
**Responsibilities:**
* Directs and coordinates driver delivery routes in order to meet customer requirements.
* Compares daily delivery reports with inventory reconciliation
* Load building
* Daily customer review to obtain optimum delivery efficiencies
* Tracking and documented vehicle maintenance and scheduling
* Assist drivers with directions and update customers account information to alleviate problems in the future
* Accomplishes customer service by taking calls in a courteous, efficient and accurate manner.
* Ownership of customer/driver concerns, follow thru and return calls promptly
* Identify appropriate drivers for deliveries and within geographical boundaries, schedule accordingly
* Review open ticket report to assess outstanding deliveries
**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
