Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as a Home Health Aide at Willow Tree Home Health Care. As a Home Health Aide, your day-to-day tasks will include providing personal care, assisting with activities of daily living, communicating effectively with clients and their families, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires you to be located in State College, PA.

Qualifications

• Home Care and Patient Care skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in assisting individuals with activities of daily living.
• Personal care skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Compassionate and caring nature
• Relevant certifications or training in home health care
• Experience working with geriatric population and individuals with chronic illnesses is a plus.
