***Responsibilities***

* Maintain standard call volume laid out in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Assist in hitting company and department KPIs

* Participate in training and utilize tools and resources to grow and develop as a professional.

* Solve customer concerns to the best of ability, involving management when needed

* Advocate for the customer and for Bonfe

*Desired Experience*

* Some previous customer service experience (preferred)

* Experience with common office hardware and software (Microsoft Office products)
