Were La Crosse Scale, trusted provider of scale products and services in the La Crosse area since 1948. We take pride in providing superior customer service support while using cutting edge technological solutions to serve our customers.

As we continue to grow, we're looking to add a Service Manager. Your focus will be coaching and managing our team of approximately 8 technicians while also ensuring each of our valued customers receives superior service.

**Primary responsibilities include:**

* Manage work order requests and preventative maintenance assignments

* Hire, train, develop and supervise the service team to achieve business goals

* Resolve first line customer complaints and manage escalated issues

* Manage the certification software for scale calibrations

* Stay current on product line developments and technical updates

* Manage fleet maintenance program and champion safety procedures

You need to excel in organization and be a handle-it-all, confident leader who can thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment. All while being the calm, cool, and collected source to customers reassuring them you and your team are there for their scale needs. Since our customers are all over, it is required that you have a valid Driver's License and are insurable by our carrier.
