**Responsibilities**
* Answers calls from NAPA Stores
* Enter orders into the system
* Code Invoices
* Process Accounts Receivable checks
* Issue credits to stores
* Distribute incoming mail
* Data Entry
* Daily Deposits
* Filing
* Reconcile Miscellaneous Accounts Receivable
* Process damaged freight claims
* Back up other Customer Care Associate when needed
**Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
* 2 years + of general office / clerical experience.
* 1 year of bookkeeping experience
* Problem solving skills
* The ability to build relationships with Independent store owners
* The ability to build relationships with the DC Management Team
* Serious organizational skills
* Is a maniac for details!
* Microsoft Office Suite experience
* Accurate data entry skills
* The best follow up and follow through skills
* Communication
* Investigative research
