Position is Primarily Remote w/Occasional On-site Requirement (1 Day per Week) | Manhattan s Upper East Side

Top NYC Healthcare Firm looking for an experienced administrative professional to join its Team as an Administrative Assistant-HR Operations for a Three (3) Month Temporary Assignment. In this role, you will report to the HR Operations Department and support Student & Intern Onboarding with an array of administrative/clerical duties.
Working primarily Remote with Occasional (1 day per week) need for On-site coverage on Manhattan's Upper East Side in the upper 60's.

TOP SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Previous HR/Onboarding experience required (specifically I-9 Form handling/processing)
- Customer Service experience
- Proven ability to Manage Multiple Priorities at once
- Proven Organization and Follow-up skills
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ TRAITS/ QUALITIES- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum One (1) Year of experience in an Office Setting with Human Resources being a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Able to Multi-task in a High-Volume Office
- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented in your Approach: demonstrated in your work, correspondence and written communication
- Professional who is comfortable working closely with senior staff
- An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES- Support Student/Intern Onboarding by working closely with Onboarding Coordinators
- Conduct all virtual I-9 Verification for Students
- Provide back-up coverage for in person I-9 Verifications as needed
- Responsible for managing onboarding email inbox and following up as needed
