**POSITION:** Customer Service Representative
**LOCATION:** Chowchilla, CA
**REPORTS TO:** Customer Service Manager

We are a diverse group of companies, from Electric Motor Repair, Electrical Distribution and Construction, to Landfill Management, Recycling, & Waste and Disposal.
**BASIC FUNCTIONS:**
* Assist with all aspects of both internal and external customer service operations. Field customer calls for service, changes, and complaints; update and submit required forms and reports in a timely manner.
**PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Assist customers with all requests including starting service, cancelling service, paying invoices, and changing contact information
* Maintain accurate and detailed information derived from customer calls
* Quotes rates for special services when appropriate
* Enter work orders as necessary
* Various reception related duties, including the management
+ of vendors/visitors signing in, maintaining of the customer lobby, and assuring all health and safety protocols are followed
* Performs billing functions as requested
* General accounting functions as requested
* Other special projects, implementations and tasks as assigned

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
* High School Diploma
* Bilingual English/Spanish
* Job related courses and/or 1-year related experience
* Excellent PC, data entry, MS Windows and Excel skills
