TASKS & ROLES

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries concerning equipment, directing them to the appropriate channels
  • Streamline order processing via CRM/ERP systems and customer portals, encompassing returns and warranties
  • Collaborate with Team Leader to monitor and communicate order status changes affecting delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with parts warehouse and factories on internal purchase orders
  • Prioritize tasks within the customer support team or departmental framework


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Possess 2+ years of experience in customer support/managing order processing and inside sales for industrial industry
  • Thrive in a dynamic office environment, maintaining focus and precision during the management of offers and orders
  • Demonstrate proficiency in accurately interpreting customer requests
  • Exhibit computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and SAP applications
