Join our team as a Financial Analyst and play a pivotal role in our company's financial operations. Your primary focus will be on supporting our integrated financial system, with a strong emphasis on gross margin analysis, costing, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Here's what you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate reports and forecasts using financial data, including month-end financial reports.
- Analyze current and historical financial data to provide insights into business performance.
- Stay updated on business and economic trends to inform decision-making.
- Conduct thorough margin analysis and product line profitability assessments.
- Produce matrix reports and develop financial models to aid organizational decision-making.
- Assist in evaluating capital expenditures and depreciation.
- Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools for enhanced data utilization.
- Facilitate financial audits by providing necessary information and managing sales tax systems for state compliance.
- Compare actual costs to budgeted costs and analyze variances.
- Establish internal control policies and procedures for cost accounting activities.
- Conduct physical inventory control and reporting, including cycle counts.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, focusing on sales, costs, inventory, and liabilities.
- Execute gross margin analysis and deliver comprehensive reports.
- Assist in both internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Cost Accounting, or Controller roles, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with tax preparation and accounting software.
