**IT:** Rebellion Defense IT is state of the art, reliable, scalable, and effective. Its solutions will serve all Rebellion employees and will scale with the company based on the pillars of our IT Services portfolio that is inclusive of infrastructure, security, logistics, and support.

**How youll make a difference in this role:**

Rebellion is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support the Rebellion Team and Offices. This position is part of the IT department and requires a diverse and flexible skill-set for supporting a wide set of services such as incident management, AV/VC, Logistics, Networking, etc. Candidates must be passionate about technology, live for amazing customer service, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position is based in Washington DC but will require 10% travel to Rebellion Offices both domestic and international. This role reports to the Engineering Manager, IT.

**What your mission is:**

A Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the daily IT needs of Rebellion employees, both onsite and remote, as well as assisting with all technical needs of our physical office locations. They should be someone who ensures the highest levels of customer focus and collaboration working for incidents and requests that are presented and escalated, being the first point of contact for end-users to receive support. Be dedicated to projects related to tooling & automation for the benefit of Rebellion employees. Author various forms of documentation (Processes, Policies, Training Material, Quick Reference Guides, Knowledge base articles).

**You may be fit for this role if your expertise aligns to:**

* 3+ years of experience in support and troubleshooting Windows & Mac OS platforms (Mac OS 10.12.6+, Windows 7 or above) including mobile devices running Apple iOS & Android mobile operating systems.

* Have been an administrator of Okta or a similar Cloud Identity tool.

* Have been an administrator of Workspace One or a similar MDM/EDM tool.

* Have used Google Admin Console to manage user accounts, email, groups, and calendaring; in conjunction with Google Meets conference room equipment.

* Familiar with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing platforms.

* Excellent oral communication skills.

* Highly organized and detail-oriented.

**The Nature of our Work:**

We are driving fast change to an extremely regulated industry. Many of the national security programs that are supported by Rebellions products operate in secure environments and access to those spaces and the data in them may require an active personnel security clearance. It is a requirement of this position that you are able to obtain and hold a personnel security clearance at the right level.
