Your Contribution to the Organization:

HPE is recruiting an experienced senior Worldwide Advisory & Professional Services Portfolio and Product Director. The role reports into the WW VP & GM Advisory and Professional Services and Managed Services Strategy. Responsible for maintaining and developing industry-leading portfolio of services and thought-leading customer-facing and internal messaging. Includes but is not limited to development, implementation and governance of product service or solution portfolio lifecycle management, revenue growth programs through the appropriate routes to market. The key individual will have experience in building a strong highly motived team including eco system of partners, executive stakeholder engagement, driving customer success, retention, and profitable growth. Thought leadership advancing industry-leading portfolio of services and drive integration with cross-BU and HPE GreenLake solutions.

You will work alongside the Practice Leads, Strategy & Business Operations, CSSS Leadership and Global BU Leads.

Primary roles and responsibilities are:

  • Define and develop agile services portfolio.
  • Accountable for the Professional Services (inclusive of Advisory & Transformation) product and solution life cycle.
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future service products by conducting market research & deal engagement, supported by on-going customer & industry feedback.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify & fill services gaps, generate new offers that generate orders, recurring revenue, improve customer experience & drive profitable growth.
  • Working with Practice Leads, Solution Sales Engineering, COE and HPE Services delivery teams, translate repeatable industry/customer services portfolio.
  • Developing and implementing a go to market plan for accountable products and solutions, both direct and indirect, working through the Portfolio team to execute.
  • In collaboration with the HPE Services Portfolio teams, create buy-in for the portfolio vision both internally and with key external partners.

What You'll Need:
  • Proven cloud and aaS technology experience growing consumption and revenue.
  • Consulting / solutions background, track record of championing innovation on new & emerging service offerings both direct and partner
  • Strong commitment to customer services and instilling values within an organization
  • Track record of developing key GTM solutions across industry vertical and generating business value through effective customer engagement.
  • Analytical ability to measure effectiveness by defining operational measures for the organization, creating systems for tracking measures and communicating effectively to executive team.
  • Well versed on On-premise and Cloud services (Datacentre, Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Established leadership experience and ability to lead others to consensus.
  • Strong ability to understand and translate business goals into actionable and measurable initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in emails, phone calls, presentations, and internal meetings
  • Proven ability to present complex ideas in an accessible and engaging way
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented thinking skills.
  • Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution and program management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technological solutions

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. USD Annual Salary: $149,000.00 - $361,500.00
