**REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Handle high-call volume - Customer Care is a fast-paced, goal-driven, department. Each member handles 120-140 calls per day.
* Provide EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service to every customer, every time.
* Adhere to all regulatory and company standards related to Collection practices and internal Service Level standards (we'll teach you).
* This includes providing appropriate disclosures, following proper verification protocol, adhering to internal and various regulatory requirements (which you'll be taught).
* Fast, accurate, clear data entry. Every customer interaction is to be clearly and accurately documented.
**PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE**
* Shift flexibility: Able to work Saturdays, if needed (usually always scheduled well in advance).
* Experience with Dialer/Auto-call systems
* Bilingual English / Spanish
* Prior Call Center / Collections experience
