Technical SpecialistLocation: Reston, VADescription. The position supports the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) Office of Mission Systems Technical and Programmatic Integration (TPI) Support program. StellarPeak seeks qualified applicants in the following focus area. The Technical Specialist is responsible for tracking enterprise systems performance and report on ways to improve service. The Technical Specialist will monitor and affect configuring, operating, and maintaining the customer's systems and tools. The specialist also supports processes to include configuration management, risk, issue and opportunity management, schedule management, architecture management, and requirements management and provides system administrator functions. Assess user requirements; design and configure user interfaces; perform integration testing. Support upgrades, patches and migrations as required. Support the design, development, evaluation and modification of systems. Gather information concerning the capabilities of products; investigate the technical capabilities of products and/or solutions; stay abreast of developments in hardware and software; analyze customer problems; assist in designing systems to satisfy customer needs. Researches, collects, and reports information on the ability and capacity of systems. Coordinates resolution of service issues, upgrades, and problems.Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph 8+ years' relevant experience Bachelor's Degree in relevant major Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team. Demonstrated ability to communicate with team lead to prioritize tasks. Well-rounded working knowledge of IT concepts and best practices. Desired: Jira, Confluence, and Tableau experience
