Customer Service Representative Scheduler


Job Details

We are seeking a motivated, energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Scheduler in our Service Department, working with the team that provides service, delivery and repairs of medical equipment such as wheelchairs, hospital beds, lift chairs and patient lifts.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about assessments, service and repair needs to our customers

* Advising customers and troubleshooting service issues over the phone and schedules appropriate service appointments

* Ensuring proper verbal/written authorization and documentation for medical treatment from appropriate sources

* Communicating with referral sources, customers, vendors and team regarding repairs and deliveries

* Providing world class customer experiences

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

* Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma

* Two years related experience including customer service experience

* Durable medical equipment and/or healthcare experience is a plus

* Strong communication skills including all communication types-email, text, phone, face-to-face

* General computer knowledge and ability to type 35 wpm

* Bi-lingual a plus
