Description
Flex Technology Group is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team. The Business Analyst will be a dual focused role which will be integral to studying and then onboarding new large enterprise clients.
ASSESSMENTS The Business Analyst will assist in performing current state financial assessments and quantifying customer current state infrastructure. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for assisting the Vice President of Enterprise Sales with architecting future state solutions and architecture with a focus enhancing client efficiency and reducing client spend.
IMPLEMENTATIONS The Business Analyst will also assist in project management and new client implementations, putting much of what was assessed and scoped into practice.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Define Project Scope, Goals, and Deliverables that Support Business Goals in Collaboration with ManagementEffectively communicate and work with peers, other departments and management to set internal expectations and maintain appropriate implementation project scopeEffectively communicate project status and best practices with client to ensure positive implementation experience and escalate issues while maintaining ownership of the implementationManage VIP Client Deals (many in excess of $1mm in scope), which may include pre-sales work, budgeting, assessments, tag & cleans, installations, post-sales, and any other necessary functions related to the dealManage time effectively to complete the project within the established timelineProvide solutions to any project-related issuesMonitor your E-auto Warehouse for Inventory accuracyManage HDD Shredding and RemovalsProcess Inventory RequestsPull and create reports as requiredPre-onboard VIP Clients w/Sales Team5-25% per quarter Out-of-State overnight travel will be requiredOther tasks and projects as assignedProficient use of Excel to accomplish advanced tasks
Qualifications And Experience
4-year college degree preferred or equivalent work experienceVast Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel required (Excel proficiency should be advanced-level)Strong customer service skills and experience required (communicating at the C-level is preferred)Ability to multitask effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsDetail-oriented
