We pride ourselves on providing a fast-paced customer service-focused and fun-friendly work environment.Due to expanding its engineering team, we are searching for an IT Service Desk Engineer Level 2 (MSP) to help bolster its clients modernization efforts. The position will split time between providing escalated support (for Tier 1s) and working on a few light projects. As the IT Service Desk Engineer Level 2 (MSP), you will support Windows/Microsoft technologies (Azure AD, O365, Servers, Exchange, etc.), VMware administration, Citrix administration, troubleshooting SonicWall, and working hands-on with desktops/printers.
