Human Resources Administrative Assistant


Job Details

We have a client in Morgan Hill seeking a strong HR Coordinator to join their organization.


Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm and 100% onsite!


Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Administrative experience supporting calendaring, data entry, organizing files, expense report processing and other adhoc admin tasks.


Starts ASAP!

Pay is $30-$32/hr and this role is temp to hire



Responsibilities

  • HR Coordinator support to the HR Team
  • On boarding paperwork
  • Mail merge
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Sitting at the front desk and greeting guests as they arrive


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Advanced Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Adobe is preferred but not required
  • Salesforce experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
