Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plumbing Supervisor located in Louisville, KY area. As a Plumbing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing plumbing projects, managing a team of plumbers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality. You will collaborate closely with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to plumbing codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of plumbers
- Plumbing: Strong knowledge and experience in plumbing systems, installation, and repairs
- Customer Satisfaction: Commitment to providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
- Plumbing (MEP): Understanding of MEP systems and their integration with plumbing systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Relevant plumbing certifications and licenses
- Experience in new construction.
- Must be licensed journeyman for Kentucky
