Pride Health is seeking a Healthcare Recruiting Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients and directly managing and mentoring a team of Healthcare Recruiters. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and partner with them to deliver exceptional candidates. This role will sit onsite in our Charlotte, NC office.

The Opportunity

  • Initiate pre-screening phone calls with candidates.
  • Help build, directly manage and mentor full life cycle Recruiting Associates and Senior Associates.
  • Recruit prospects in the professional services field for our existing pipeline of business.
  • Help to build a strong pipeline of Tier 1 talent.
  • Leading team and individual training and development for new and existing recruiters
  • Organize and prepare candidates for 1st round interviews.
  • Identify new business including new recruitment opportunities with our existing clients, or recruitment opportunities with new clients.
  • Drive to meet hiring goals and elevate team members to achieve their owm
  • Build your own sustainable pipeline of business through client visits, networking events, candidate marketing, and referral generation.
  • Manage the full-cycle of recruitment from candidate identification to candidate offer, negotiation, and placement.
  • Consult clients on the market, the search, and interview process as well as offer management.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required with an interest in Recruiting or Human Resources.
  • 4+ years experience within Staffing (Healthcare preferred) /MSP/Project Management. Likely been a Recruiter, Client Services Consultant or Account Manager.
  • Diligent, tenacious, and driven by financial success.
  • Proven track record of success in maintaining client relationships and exceeding recruiting goals.
  • Experience directly or indirectly managing a team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally across a national practice.

Salary range: The target salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year plus variable incentives. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidate s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
