**Job Summary**

***Hybrid role! When we return to office, this role will have flexibility to split time working from home and working from our Orange County, CA office.***

The Assistant eCommerce Media Manager will help execute the strategy, techniques, and tactics used to increase online revenue through our paid media efforts across various Home Improvement channels including Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot & Lowes. Reporting to the E-Commerce Media Manager, this position will be focused on the Hardware & Home Improvement (HHI) Business Unit and work closely with the E-Commerce Channel and Operations teams, National Account Management (NAM), and Brand Marketing, as well as our media partners and 3rd party agencies.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**

* Support the HHI media relationship with key retailer media partners including Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, and Lowes

* Help execute daily digital media (search and display), creative coordination, optimization, and reporting of all retailer branded media programs

* Support the development of digital marketing and media strategies in alignment with HHI brand strategies and revenue growth goals

+ Partner closely with NAMs, e-commerce channel marketing, brand marketing, and creative teams

+ Support priority products and new product launches with integrated marketing plans

+ Help foster strong relationships with the partnering media groups

* Analyze and report on return on investment metrics and campaign analytics

+ Work closely with Business Intelligence (BI) to project and track ROI and campaign KPIs

+ Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with stakeholders to share results

+ Manage campaign optimization efforts and effective digital marketing platform usage

* Maintain Digital Marketing Dashboard and other analytics reports with the BI team

* Monitor consumer and competitive landscape for trends and digital best practices and provide recommendations around new opportunities and/or optimization

* Share best media practices across business units and HHI brands including Pfister, Kwikset, Baldwin and National Hardware

**Education and Experience Profile**

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Analytics, or equivalent

* 0-2 years experience in Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Media or equivalent field

**Required Skills**

* Proven experience taking data driven approaches to marketing and media

* Seasoned negotiation skills with media buys

* Familiarity with Amazons native media platforms and media mix

* Familiarity with native media platforms for AMS

* Experience working with Home Depot Retail Media+, Wayfair.com and Lowes Citrus ads a plus

* Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
