**Other Compensation Information**
* *In-training pay is $17.48 per hour and the length of training varies from 14 to 90 days, depending on individual productivity, safety, and quality of work. After training, compensation varies by output and the standard base pay rate is $21.85 per hour. Top performers can exceed $30 per hour.
* Night differential: A $.75 per hour night differential is paid to associates regularly scheduled to work any hours between midnight and 3:00 a.m. (this does not include shifts that end at midnight or begin at 3:00AM).
* Freezer differential: A $.50 per hour freezer differential is paid to associates regularly scheduled in the Frozen Food freezer.
* Weekend premium pay: $2 per hour weekend premium pay for hours worked between 12:00 a.m. Saturday through 11:59 p.m. Sunday
