**Nature and Scope:**
The Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for the final assembly of integrated packages and individual valve models. Assembler may be tasked with working automated dressing machines for high volume parts which included monitoring, loading, and maintaining equipment. Tasks include but are not limited to staging components, assembling integrated packages per engineering specifications, processing customer orders through shipments.
**Responsibilities:**
* Adhere to all department safety and quality processes and procedures
* Process work orders, assembly and packing instructions when applicable and shipping functions within M2K
* Reads blueprints to assemble hydraulic valves
* Use hand held scanners to track and move inventory throughout the department
* Use a 2D engineering drawing to successfully and safely install all required components
* Ability to use computers to process orders
* Maintains area based on cleaning schedule and willingness to replenish consumables when needed, and alerting the appropriate personnel when unable
* Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
* Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
**Required Qualifications and Desired Qualities:**
* Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
* Willingness to learn and grow through on the job training.
* Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment
* Emphasis on attention to detail
* Ability to be flexible and move to various areas throughout the department when requested by the area lead
* Ability to lift up to 20lbs regularly throughout the work day, and occasionally needing to lift up to 50 lbs.
