**Technology Solutions Retail & eCommerce Consultant**
Technology Solutions Consultant will be primarily responsible for driving and evolving technology roadmap for large retail client from a Customer Experience Management perspective. This includes technologies that effect Digital Transformation through agent and customer experience improvements and reduce overall cost reductions.
**Position Requirements**
**Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:**
* Retail and eCommerce experience a must.
* Knowledge of Technology solutions as they apply to BPO.
* Technology for Digital Transformation experience highly desirable.
* Familiarity with emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence and Automation
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
* Minimum of 7 years work experience in consulting environment.
* Ability and desire to travel within United States.
* Self-directed team player
* Experience with Omni-Channel Solutions like Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales
* Cloud, Zendesk or other similar solutions.
* Ability to map business outcomes and requirements to technologies in retail space.
**Desired Skills/Knowledge/Experience**
* Progressive work experience with Contact Center Technologies including CRM, IVR, CTI, ACD,
* Connectivity options
* Strong interpersonal skills; both written and oral.
* A self-motivated person with ability to contribute to a team dynamic is required.
* Accreditation, affiliations and contributions related to the higher education industry would
* greatly enhance the candidates qualifications.
