**Customer Service Representative**

Chadron, NE Great Plains Communications is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented customer service representative to interact with customers both telephonically and face-to-face. This position is accountable for processing customer service and trouble requests, making service recommendations, cross-selling and up-selling services, and answering billing questions.

We currently have one full-time customer service position available in our Chadron, Nebraska office. Weekly work hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday hours.

Successful candidate must have strong computer and Windows-based applications knowledge, a minimum of 2-3 years of customer service and sales experience, written and verbal communication skills, 10-key calculator skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Extra compensation provided for bilingual (English/Spanish) employees.
