Help Desk Technician

Alexander Technology Group is working with a healthcare client that is looking to hire a Help Desk Technician to join their team in Exeter, NH.

General Responsibilities

• Field incoming service requests from end users via ticketing system, telephone or walk-up in a courteous manner
• Set-up complete computer systems for new employees, from image to employee desk
• Provide support for mixed platform environment: Win10, Win7, Mac OS, Android, iOS, tablets, laptops, desktops and phone system

Requirements

• 1+ Year IT Support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Must have up-to-date immunizations (except COVID).
• Comfortable being on-site daily.
