• Location: Pittsburgh, PA
  
• Type: Direct Hire
  
• Pay rate: $28.46/hour & shift diff $1.75/hour 7pm - 7am
  
• Rotating Schedule: 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts
  

Job duties for this position include but are not limited to:

• Works under the direction of the Tissue Recovery Manager.
  
• Responsible for recovering tissue, corneas, and research organs and tissues from post-mortem donors.
  
• Adheres to FDA current Good Tissue Practices and AATB standards during recovery.
  
• Provides post-mortem care for tissue and cornea donors.
  
• Possesses thorough knowledge of CORE Policy and Procedures related to tissue recovery, eye recovery, specimen collection, and organ and tissue packaging.
  

Requirements:

• Medical background
  
• Able to complete 6 month training period
  
• Valid PA state drivers license
  
• Experience working with transplants/donors preferred
  
• Associate degree preferred

Pay Details: $28.46 to $30.21 per hour
