The Wilderness Resort is seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!
The Convention Center Guest Services position is responsible for accommodating patrons by registering events and assisting with all questions and concerns.
Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited to:
* Register guests upon arrival
* Assign rooms and issue keys to guests
* Scheduling and confirming reservations
* Presenting statements and collecting payments from departing guests
* Assists with room block data entry, rooming lists, room deliveries, wedding day tasks
* All other administrative tasks for the department
* Must be detail and people orientation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This is a Full Time position with day, night and weekend availability.
