Our Branch is looking for an Office Assistant to work in the Dallas area, office assistant will be in charge of Making/answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Job Overview:
Office Assistant administrator will work under the supervision of the department head or the setup person and perform the following functions:
- Bilingual in english and spanish,
- Making/answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Maintaining inventory control, including monitoring stock levels and organizing inventory for easy access and tracking.
- Performing regular inventory audits and reporting any discrepancies.
- Coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operation.
- Ensure warehouse operation safety
