The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $34,000 to $65,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:
  • Performs complex planning, organizing, and providing support for shipping of materials and equipment, receiving of materials and equipment sent from other locations.
  • Prepares, files, and monitors various reports and or documents relative to shipped materials.
  • Expedites spares and repair orders.
  • Performs diversified clerical, statistical or semi-technical duties necessary to meet spares and repair orders.
  • Ensures the accurate and timely procurement and delivery of parts to customers in emergency situations.
  • Monitor's customer orders and performs data entry for reports needed for internal and external customers.
  • Processes work orders and return authorizations.
  • Prepares and maintains required shipping documents, freight bills and records.
  • Verifies receipt of materials using packing lists.
  • Takes responsible actions with incomplete or inaccurate shipments.
  • Works directly with Test Lab and Spares personnel as needed to expedite customer orders.
  • Works with purchasing personnel as needed to issue purchase orders for outside repairs, process miscellaneous vendor orders and resolve material non-conformance issues.
  • Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is more difficult and complex.
  • Must have the ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks as required.
  • Must have the ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and or 50 pounds occasionally.
What We Are Looking For:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Forklift Certification is strongly preferred. Specialized skill training/certification may be required.
  • Generally, minimum of 3-5 years successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Successfully demonstrated thorough/advanced knowledge of a technical or specialty area.
