**Fitness Equipment Technician**

Fitness Machine Technicians of Orlando is looking for Field Service Technicians to perform repair, preventative maintenance, and assembly services on fitness equipment. Our Field Technicians enjoy a mobile position, performing service at commercial and residential customer locations throughout the greater Orlando area.
Our Field Service Technicians serve as our ambassador to our customers and are responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships. You must be committed to delivering on our promise of outstanding customer service .
Our Technicians are experts in the diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of all types of fitness equipment. We provide continuous training and ongoing support, including factory training and certification with major manufacturers to become experts in our field and able to solve the toughest problems. Successful technicians possess the background and ability to logically diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
Each day is a new day traveling across Central FL, visiting new customers, working on different equipment and solving new problems. Our Technicians enjoy the sense of accomplishment that comes with each smiling customer who is thrilled to have their equipment running again!
**Requirements:**
* Strong Mechanical/Electrical aptitude
* Proficient with hand tools
* Proficient with smartphone or tablet apps and ability to learn new mobile apps efficiently
* Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues
* Process oriented with consistent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and take pride & ownership in work quality
* Candidates must possess a valid, unrestricted drivers license and a clean driving record. Offer of employment requires that candidates successfully complete the following: criminal background check, drug screening and motor vehicle record check.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience as a fitness equipment technician or related field such as HVAC or auto repair
**Compensation & Benefits**:
* Wages
+ Starting at $18-20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
